Last weekend Maria was able to spend some time with Grandma Takenaka (and meet some more family on the Stauffer side). She slept really good the next day :).
I've been going to the pool a couple of times a week so Daddy and Maria get to spend some time together. I think it's getting easier for Daddy. He was having a hard time trying to figure out what to do with her. They sit and read or watch the hockey game (if it's on).
I've been finding I am able to get more stuff done around the house now since she likes to bounce in the jolly jumper and looking in the mirror as she does. I find it overwhelming to have free time. I have to start making lists again.
Maria and I went to the Hat yesterday to help make Lefsa. Maria got to visit with both Great Grandma's as well. For the first time she started crying about half way home. That was a LONG 30 minutes. But of course once we were home she saw Daddy and was happy ;)
